BIHAR TEAM LOSES TO ARUN BOSE CA AT AB (D/N) KNOCKOUT CRICKET

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 13th February, 2015: In the last quarterfinal match of the 16th All Bengal Sub Junior Day-Night Knockout Cricket Tournament here at the Siliguri Municipal Corporation ground at Suryanagar the Bihar team i.e. Cricket Academy of Bihar showed a lackluster performance. The entire team was bundled out for a meager 84 runs on the board against Arun Bose cricket academy from Berhampore, West Bengal.
Among the highest run scorer 31 was scored by the opener Ankush Raj. Rest of the team except Harsh Dev and Priyanshu Prakash could not go beyond 4 runs. From the team Arun Bose CA bowlers the mention worthy performance was from Piraj Sk. and Pratim Kundu, who took 2 wickets each. In the second half, the Berhampore team took 19 overs to cross the required runs by losing 3 wickets.
The highest scorer was Pratim Kundu with 25 runs on the board and remained not out. He was later declared Man of the match for his all-round performance. From the Bihar team Ankush Raj only took 2 wickets, which is worth mentioning.
