Kolkata Organized Fishing Competition for The First Time at Newtown Ecopark [VIDEO]

Webdesk, TNI Kolkata, 10th June, 2017: A One Day Fishing Competition was held at Rajarhat Newtown Ecopark. The Fishing Competition was organized by ‘Rogue Anglers Company’. Participants came from Kolkata and from various districts of West Bengal. The competition started at 9 am and continued upto 5 pm.
One of the organizers of the competition Mr. Chandan Gupta talked with TNI he said “This kind of competition happened in various places but this for the first time taking place in Kolkata. I am very much happy in this regard. I also thank the chairman of HIDCO Mr. Debasish Sen for granting the necessary permission for organizing the event here”.
As expected the main chief guest was Mr. Debasish Sen, Chairman HIDCO. At the end of the tournament, Mr. Sen and other guests handed over the trophies to the winners of the competition.
