ARMY CADETS GRADUATED TO OFFICERS FROM OTA GAYA, BIHAR

Webdesk, TNI Gaya, 13th December, 2015: Yesterday, in the eve of passing out parade of Officers Training Academy, Gaya, a multi-activity display showcasing various aspects of military training imparted to the Gentlemen Cadets, coupled with interesting and awe inspiring acts of combat skills and adventure was staged.  The display was witnessed by a large number of spectators including the parents and relatives of the passing out batch, guests and civilian dignitaries. In a press release issued by OTA Gaya stated that various breath-taking acts were presented by the participants that included show jumping, fly past by micro-light aircrafts, PT display, horse riding, Gatka, Khukri dance, Malkhambh and Band display. One of the objectives of training at the academy includes inculcating a sense of adventure and developing physically fit and mentally robust Officer Cadre. Lieutenant General K. J. Singh, AVSM and Bar, General Officer Commanding-In-Chief Western Command, was the chief guest of the event. The Gentlemen Cadets and instructors of Officers Training Academy, Gaya mesmerized the gathering with a professional display of agility and physical strength. An entertaining “Fire Cracker, Air Balloon & Confetti Show was the show stopper of this remarkable event.
